Hashbrown Omelets
1 bag of fresh hashbrowns (not frozen)
1 dozen eggs
1 casserole dish (2 1/2-quart - 4 quart casserole dish)
Pick a cheese (or a few cheeses)
Velveeta cheese (this is my favorite one to use)
Swiss cheese
cheddar cheese
Then pick the veggies
Celery
Corn
Avocado
Chili pepper
Cucumber
Eggplant
Sweet pepper
Tomatillo
Artichoke
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Lima Bean
Pea
Garlic
Leek
Carrots
Parsley
mushrooms
tomatoes
cilantro
Bell pepper (red, yellow, or green)
onions (red or yellow)
chives
A meat
bacon
sausage
turkey bacon
turkey sausage
pepporoni
bratworts
hot dogs
hamberger (ground)
Mix all your breakfast toppings and the eggs into a bowl.

2/3 c butter 2/3 c peanut butter
6 c powdered sugar 1/3 c milk 1 T vanilla

18 oz choc chips 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Nuke till melted

1 pkg. super moist yellow cake mix
1 - 6 oz Yoplait original peach yogurt or 2/3 c plain yogurt
1 - 4 oz whipped topping
Preheat oven 375 generously grease
and flour 2 round pans 8” or 9”
Drain peaches, keep sauce.
Add enough water to peach sauce to measure 1 1/4c.
Prepare cake mix as directed on pkg. except use peach sauce and water mixture for the water.
Bake as directed.

1 box white cake mix (simple, white basic cake mix, not moist, not super deluxe...just basic white cake mix)
1 stick of butter (salted or unsalted, does not matter)
1 can cherry pie filling
Take the cake mix and mix with one stick of butter. (Use an electric mixer)
The mixture will get crumbly.
Spread cherry pie filling on the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle crumbles on top bake until golden brown. 350 for about 15 to 20 minutes.
I promise you, this will be the best cherry cobbler you've ever tasted.
You can also substitute cherry pie filling for apple, or blueberry, peach, whatever your preference.

1 1/3 c mayonnaise 3 T white vinegar
2 T plus 2 tsp sugar 2 T milk dash of salt

Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole
1 26 oz bag of frozen country style hash browns
2 c shredded Colby cheese 1/4c minced onions
1 c milk 1/2c canned beef broth
dashed of garlic powder 1 tsp salt,
1/4tsp black pepper

Combine hash browns, cheese, and onions in large bowl.
Combine milk, beef broth, 1/2of the melted butter, garlic powder, salt and pepper mix well,
pour over hash brown mixture.
Heat remaining butter in a large ovenproof skillet, spoon in hash brown mixture. Cook hash browns, stirring occasionally, until hot and all of the cheese has melted. About 7 minutes
Put skillet into the oven and bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until the surface of the hash browns is dark brown.
If your skillet isn’t oven proof you can spoon it into a baking dish

Slice ham slice pineapple
Take juice from can of pineapple rings…. mix with
2 T mustard 3 T brown sugar 2 T cornstarch

Coat chopped steak in flour fry until golden brown
Put in baking dish top with French Onion soup and mushrooms
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 of an onion
1 & 1/2 cups of water

1 can of French sliced green beans OR 1 can of corn
Brown the hamburger.
Layer in glass baking dish the following items:
Browned hamburger.
Next layer, cream of mushroom soup (straight from the can, do not add water)
Next layer green beans OR corn (drain them from the can before layering)
Finally the top layer, the entire bag of tater tots.
Spread the can of cream of chicken soup on the top (again straight from the can, do not add water)
Do not cover. Bake 1 hour at 350.

1 tsp garlic salt Parmesan cheese
Unroll pizza dough stretch slightly cut into 8 strips bake at 425

1 T dry milk 3/4tsp salt

Knead in dry ingredients, let raise until doubled
punch down make into loaf and let raise again
Bake 350 for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
